System functions
The system main control functions are described below, but we are not limited to that: if You want more – we’ll realize it for sure! The main groups of system functions are:
Lighting control
Interior lighting – You can not only adjust lighting intensity, but the lighting is automatically activated only when you are in a room, at night corridor lights shine at lower intensity, one button switches several groups of illuminators. Your interior designer implements the wildest ideas by the aid of the system!
Landscape lighting – outdoor lighting is activated when it gets dark, when someone walks the trail or when you are approaching the house; lights are panicky flashing or simply lights up when alarm siren is hooting.
Microclimate support
Comfort temperature maintenance – The predefined temperature is maintained in all rooms by managing heating and air conditioning systems. Note, that on your request the system activates the air conditioner only on your presence in the room, deactivates the system during the ventilation of the room.
Ventilation system control – ventilation system automatically responds to a number of people present in the room, if the engine is started in the garage, or adapts to other changes, allows quick ventilation of the rooms, allows maintaining of the required microclimate.
Control of other accommodation facilities
Control of electrical appliance – While going to work or going on a vacation you simply neglect the forgotten switched on electrical appliances. Upon leaving you can turn everything off with one push of a button.
Gate control – Garage and gate control allows admitting the guests not only when you stay at home, but also using mobile telephone or the Internet.

Information measures
Electricity supply problems, faults of engineering equipment – if power supply or the boiler of the heating system fails in winter, the after-effects may be unwanted, but you can neglect this fact because the system will always inform you timely in order you could prevent any risk of this accident.
Parking assist – parking assistant allows you easily and safely parking the vehicle into a garage or yard, giving information about the upcoming obstacles.
Collection of data from accounting devices – the system itself reads the meter readings and gives you the data, collects the statistics on consumed resources, displays it graphically.
Presentation of meteorological data – meteorological station informs the system on wind speed, temperature and humidity, these data are displayed on your screen. On the grounds of these data watering of the lawn, folding and lowering of the sunblinds or ice dissolution is controlled.
Methods of system control
System control via Internet – all housing system settings can be performed and monitored being anywhere in the world and having Internet connection.
System control via remote control – Imagine you control the lighting system with remote control – while watching TV or simply lying in bed.
System control via LCD panel – having installed a touchscreen in a convenient location, you have a good graphical environment to perform all system control, change the settings, monitor video cameras.
System control via TV – while watching TV you can change system settings, track cameras, control all the equipment!
